Econom rooms: Econom rooms are perfectly suitable for tourist groups and office employees making a business trip.Breakfast and entrance tickets to the fitness centre and karaoke-bar for the guests staying at the “Econom” rooms are additionally charged.

Standard rooms: Standard rooms are perfectly suitable for tourists. In accordance with your wish, you can choose single, twin or double occupation, including King Size beds.

Restaurant and Bar

“Gavan” restaurant

This is the central hall of the restaurant complex, designed for 50 seats. The warm-colored decor creates an atmosphere of a home-like comfort and naturalness, so that you could have breakfast or business lunch with commercial partners or just talk over a cup of coffee and a nice dessert.

The “Hunter’s House” VIP billiards hall

The room looks like a real hunter`s hut. The interior is made in classic green and brown colors. The walls are decorated with stuffed birds and fells of animals that are being hunted for on the Far East. The atmosphere disposes to the rest of those respectable prosperous men who appreciate comfort and time.

The hall is equipped with a table to play Russian billiards, cozy sofas, a record-player and a table for 6 persons. In accordance with your wish you can order courses from the “Romantic-Hall” menu and waiters` service during a dinner with business partners. Working hours: from 9 a.m. till 11 p.m.

Banquet & Meeting

La Gioconda-Hall

The unique solemn atmosphere of the “Gavan” hotel banquet hall makes it an ideal place for celebrations, weddings and anniversaries with a large number of guests (50–150 people).

The hall has a separate entrance and own parking lot. It is equipped with modern lighting and sound gear. There is also a dance hall and a balcony which is opened in spring and summer to be a perfect area for talks during the breaks on festive events.

Romantic Hall

An ideal place to hold both festive events and business meetings. Created in a unique style, romantic atmosphere of a not very big hall, where you can hear sound of the waterfall, find yourself under the starry sky ceiling and watch aquariums with exotic fish along the walls, imparts solemnity to any event.

The “Romantic-Hall”, equipped as a conference-hall, is very comfortable and multifunctional: all necessary equipment and hall’s configuration allow you to successfully hold seminars or other meetings and arrange coffee-breaks. Personnel are also always ready to organize any events and work out the menu in accordance with your wishes. For the working period this hall has really proved to be the most comfortable place to hold negotiations in the informal atmosphere, so that you can never find something more suitable than this hall. Working hours: from 8 a.m. till 11 p.m.

Domi da Vinci hall

Parquet hall “Domi da Vinci” is ideal for celebrations with a large number of invited persons. Cozy, airy room with large windows with a beautiful air-conditioned and soft lighting will produce for you the most pleasant experience.

“Domi da Vinci” hall is located on the 1st floor of the hotel and has a separate entrance from the guarded car park nearby. Also it has a wardrobe, a room for smoking and WC. The hall provided for the installation of any facilities for events.

Consular Club

The cozy living room with fireplace, soft classical interior has a relaxed friendly conversations and simply relaxing holiday. Karaoke Bar “The Consular Club”—a favorite meeting place of our regular customers where you can calmly talk to fun or relax, singing karaoke in different languages.
