Versailles Hotel
Versailles hotel is located in the historic and business center of Vladivostok. Being located at the Vladivostok main street Svetlanskaya, the hotel is surrounded by office buildings, banks, famous theaters, museums and galleries of modern art. History of the hotel persistently linked with the history of Vladivostok. The unique architecture of the building helps imagination to travel back to the beginning of XX century, to feel the atmosphere of that time.
History of the Versailles hotel starts in 1907, when Vladivostok City Council withdrew merchant of 2nd guild L. S. Radomyshelsky a plot at the beginning of Svetlanskaya str. for the construction of the building.
Before 1989, the hotel has remained unchanged, but a fire happened in that year destroyed the original interior of the restaurant of the hotel.
In 1992 the reconstruction of the building began. The decor and the interior of the building has been restored by the survived sketches and historical photographs. Restorers succeed to reproduce the features of Art Nouveau fully.
Hotel Versailles, continues to delight guests with its warmth and splendor.
