Nowadays Vladivostok is the largest seaport of the Russian Far East due to its unique geographical position. It is located on the Muravyov-Amursky Peninsula and on the north-western coast of the Sea of Japan. It annually receives several cruise ferries. One of them is the Eastern Dream Cruise Ferry of DBS company.  There is a restaurant aboard. It is possible to order a 3-course meal (buffet style) with the purchase of a ticket or aboard. A café and a shop are open aboard all day long. A night club is available in the evening. There are shower and a toilet on every floor.

The Eastern Dream ferry connects Sakaiminato (Japan), Donghae (South Korea) and Vladivostok (Russia).
